Program Description
VoxPoint is a field-service management platform used by contractors and service businesses. When a contractor adds a customer to VoxPoint, they enter the customer's phone number and confirm that the customer has agreed to receive transactional SMS notifications related to their service requests.
Customers receive notifications for estimate approvals, payment confirmations, appointment reminders, and work order updates, sent on behalf of the service business they are working with.
Consent
Consent is collected at the time a contractor saves a customer's phone number in VoxPoint. The contractor is shown the following disclosure before the record is saved:
"By saving this number, you confirm the customer has agreed to receive SMS notifications from your business. They may reply STOP at any time to opt out."
Message Types
- Estimate ready for review and approval
- Invoice issued and payment due
- Payment received confirmation
- Work order scheduled or updated
- Appointment reminders
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Messages are sent only in relation to active service requests, estimates, or invoices.
Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. A one-time confirmation will be sent and no further messages will follow.

Privacy
