VoxPoint Marketplace Terms.

1. Eligibility and Submission

Any Developer with an approved VoxPoint developer account may submit Apps for listing on the VoxPoint Marketplace. By submitting an App, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to distribute the App and all content included in the listing.
• Your App complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
• Your App does not infringe on any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• You agree to the Developer Agreement and all incorporated documents.

2. Content Standards

All Marketplace listings must meet the following content standards:

• Descriptions must accurately represent your App's functionality, features, and limitations.
• Screenshots and media must depict actual App functionality and may not be misleading.
• You may not make false, exaggerated, or deceptive claims about your App's capabilities or performance.
• Pricing and any applicable fees must be clearly disclosed.
• Contact and support information must be accurate and current.

3. Review and Approval Process

VoxPoint reviews all submitted Apps before they are listed on the Marketplace. VoxPoint may, at its sole discretion, approve, reject, require modifications to, or remove any App. There are no guaranteed timelines for the review process, and VoxPoint is under no obligation to approve any submission. Rejection reasons will be communicated to the Developer where practicable.

4. Trademark and Branding

If you reference VoxPoint in connection with your App, you must comply with the following:

• Use VoxPoint's name and logo only in accordance with any brand guidelines provided by VoxPoint.
• Do not imply that your App is endorsed, certified, or officially affiliated with VoxPoint unless explicitly authorized in writing.
• Do not use VoxPoint's trademarks in a way that could cause confusion about the source or sponsorship of your App.
• VoxPoint reserves the right to require changes to any use of its marks at any time.

5. App Removal and Suspension

VoxPoint may remove or suspend a Marketplace listing at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Marketplace Terms, the Developer Agreement, or the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Security vulnerabilities or data handling concerns.
• Reports of abuse, fraud, or user harm.
• Inaccurate or misleading listing content.
• Extended periods of inactivity or unresponsiveness from the Developer.
• Any other reason VoxPoint deems necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

6. Developer Responsibilities

As a Marketplace Developer, you are responsible for:

• Providing reasonable support to users of your App, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintaining the security and reliability of your App at all times.
• Keeping your listing information, including descriptions, screenshots, and contact details, accurate and up to date.
• Promptly notifying VoxPoint of any security incidents, data breaches, or other events that may affect users of your App.
• Complying with all terms of the Developer Agreement and all applicable laws.
