1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users, developers, and organizations that access or use the VoxPoint Platform, APIs, or Marketplace. It defines activities that are prohibited to ensure the security, integrity, and reliability of the Platform for all users. This AUP supplements and is incorporated into the Developer Agreement and Platform Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use VoxPoint or its APIs to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following:
- Fraud, phishing, or any form of deceptive activity.
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation of any individual.
- Distribution of malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious software.
- Credential theft, unauthorized access to accounts, or identity theft.
- Impersonation of any person, organization, or VoxPoint representative.
- Misuse of VoxPoint branding, trademarks, or logos to imply false endorsement or affiliation.
- Activities that violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts in a manner that exceeds documented API limits or is intended to harvest, aggregate, or replicate Platform data at scale beyond authorized usage.
3. System Integrity
You may not take any action that compromises the security, availability, or integrity of the VoxPoint Platform:
- Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security controls, authentication mechanisms, or access restrictions.
- Do not conduct load testing, stress testing, or penetration testing against VoxPoint systems without prior written permission.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any VoxPoint system or network without written authorization.
- Do not intentionally introduce excessive load or traffic designed to degrade service for other users.
Responsible Disclosure: If you discover a security vulnerability in the VoxPoint Platform, we encourage you to report it responsibly by contacting support@voxpoint.org. Please do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address them.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it promptly to support@voxpoint.org. Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, the parties involved, and any supporting evidence. VoxPoint will investigate all credible reports.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at VoxPoint's sole discretion:
- Warning or notice of non-compliance.
- Temporary suspension of account access or API privileges.
- Permanent termination of accounts and revocation of all credentials.
- Removal of Apps from the VoxPoint Marketplace.
- Referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
